Commissions

Terms of Service

General

  • Artist reserves the right to refuse any commission requests as they see fit.

  • Artist will not accept any commission requests involving hateful, controversial, vulgar or NSFW (Not Safe For Work) themes.

  • Client may opt-out on having their purchased work shared through artist's social media page(s).

  • All produced work will be featured in artist's portfolio, unless client requests otherwise and has paid a confidential fee (fees do not apply to scheduled release.)

Payments

  • All payments will be processed through Vgen.co.

  • Client may be subject to extra charge based on the design complexity of their purchased work.

Revisions

  • Any major revisions will be charged on a case-by-case basis, depending on the workload.

Deadlines and Delivery

  • Deadlines and completion times can vary between a week to a month from start date, depending on order size, workload and outside factors.

  • Upon completion of work, client will receive digital files (as detailed in the description of the service) via VGen.

  • As per VGen's refund policy, the client is entitled to a full refund for failure for artist to meet the work deadline.

  • Client is entitled to partial refunds for late deliveries and/or readjusted deadlines.

Use

  • Client must provide credit for artist's work when used for any personal or commercial purposes.

  • Usage of work for professional commercial usage will be subject to additional charges (open for inquiry.)

  • Client is not authorized to sell, redistribute, teach AI, mine NFT or claim commissioned work as their own.

  • Redistribution of work is prohibited. Client may not resell work for more than what was commissioned.

Intellectual Property Rights

  • Artist is not held responsible for the usage of commissioned work containing un-owned intellectual property.

Refunds

  • Refund amount will be charged back on a case-by-case basis, depending on the work done up until completion.

  • Commissioned work is non-refundable at the point of completion and delivery.

Communication

  • Client is held responsible for communicating the details of their purchased work.
